node & needle is a Cincinnati boutique clinic specializing in lymphatic health, breast cancer recovery, post-surgical care, and paramedical tattoo. Our work brings together advanced training, thoughtfully developed methods, and a deep understanding of the relationship between physical recovery and the nervous system.
Built differently from the beginning.
node & needle grew from a practice founded in trauma-informed care and the belief that what happens in the body and what happens in the nervous system are deeply connected.
As our training and work evolved, so did the practice. Lymphatic health, surgical recovery, breast cancer care, and restorative services became increasingly central to what we do. Today, node & needle brings those specialties together in one intentionally different kind of clinic.

Our practitioners pursue extensive, ongoing education in lymphatic health, breast cancer care, lipedema support, post-surgical recovery, and nervous system regulation.
That training informs the specific methods, protocols, and care pathways we use, including our own NeuroSomatic Lymphatic Drainage™ and Recovery & Renewal™ programs.

Founded by a licensed mental health clinician with a background in grief and trauma counseling, somatic approaches, and nervous system regulation, node & needle was built with an understanding that recovery is rarely just physical.
That foundation continues to shape how we approach care today, whether someone comes to us after surgery, during breast cancer recovery, for ongoing lymphatic support, or for restorative paramedical tattooing.
