I have focused my advanced education on breast and chest health, lymphatic care, and post surgical recovery. I am especially passionate about supporting breast cancer previvors and survivors, helping clients prepare for surgery, recover with confidence, manage swelling, improve mobility, and navigate the physical changes that often accompany treatment and healing.
Every session is tailored to your health history, stage of healing, and goals, providing compassionate, individualized care to support your recovery and long term lymphatic health.

I have a special interest in helping athletes and active individuals recover, perform at their best, and support long term lymphatic health. Whether you're a bodybuilder, weightlifter, CrossFit athlete, runner, cyclist, or simply looking to reduce inflammation and optimize your overall wellness, I enjoy helping clients move, recover, and feel their best.
At node & needle, I provide NeuroSomatic Lymphatic Drainage™ and Brazilian Body Sculpting Lymphatic Massage. Every session is tailored to your unique goals, whether you're recovering from an intense training cycle, preparing for your next competition, managing everyday stress and inflammation, or simply investing in your long term health. I also enjoy educating clients on practical home care strategies to help extend the benefits of treatment between visits.

Emerging Therapist
I've always loved helping people feel better, whether that's by relieving pain, reducing stress, or simply giving them time to relax and recharge. I enjoy getting to know each client and making sure every session is tailored to what you need that day.
At node & needle, I provide Supportive Massage and Brazilian Body Sculpting Lymphatic Massage. I also hold a certification in prenatal massage and look forward to continuing my education as I grow in my career.
