Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is not a traditional massage. It is a clinical treatment designed to stimulate your lymphatic system through rhythmic, directional strokes that feel light yet intentional. The technique follows the natural lymphatic pathways of the body, often focusing on areas rarely addressed in conventional massage therapy.
 

You’ll begin by undressing to your level of comfort. Ideally, you’ll remove your bra to allow access to the axillary (underarm) lymph nodes, which are essential for effective drainage. Disposable undergarments are available upon request.

The table setup is different from a typical massage. You’ll lie flat on your back with a pillow under your head, but without a bolster under your knees. After settling in, you’ll cover your chest with a special modesty towel provided, then bring the top sheet over your body for warmth.

Every session includes:
• Abdominal work to stimulate deep lymphatic pathways and support digestion
• Lymphatic stimulation in the underarms and bikini line, two areas rich in lymph nodes but often untouched in conventional bodywork
• Breathwork techniques to activate the diaphragm and enhance lymph flow

Facial lymphatic drainage is available as an add-on to further support glymphatic detoxification and facial contouring.
